The base product of our company is optic connection of the customer on our optic net (see the map) that represents the most up to date transmission technology in the telecommunication technique. It serves for unlimited data transmission capacity, option to transmit data on several line lengths in the same time, and above all, it is immune to electromagnetic influences (it means zero noise among the lines in the cable).
This kind of connection is suitable for clients with huge volume of transmitted data or with high stress on quality and reliability of the link. The optic connection is frequently used to connect large business centres, but in the same way smaller prestigious administrative buildings with one or two companies. Thanks large capacity possibilities of the optic solution, we are able to secure all the client’s demands on data or telecommunication services. This offers besides the highest quality of the connection better than any other data telecommunication technology, creation of final technical solution of the connection into the Internet with flexible link usage. In case of interest, it is possible even in combination with E1, telephone. This enables Internet connection, separate and privileged capacity area to connect branches and separate area for telephone services.

When our optic line is in long distance from the client, we solve this problem by connecting through radio from one of our optic centres. This connection meets standard quality of customer’s demands on Internet connection. According to client’s demands, we can supply radio in a free area in scale of 2,4 – 5,8 GHz, or in guaranteed area of 18 GHz. Individual solutions differ in number of services, quality and reliability of connection, as well as final price. ADSL services allow the customers to effectively use the existing wiring for ordinary analog or ISDN telephone lines for transmission of data. Users that have been dependant on Dial-up, or ISDN can use many times faster and time unlimited Internet connection in line with general telephone service. In comparison with Dial-up, ADSL connections are many times faster and have no time restrictions.
ADSL Rainside DATA - allows access into the Internet on the base of ADSL. The product contains 1 GB of prepaid data. The user pays only for the actual volume of data transmitted (both download and upload). When the volume is exceeded, price for over the limit data is 0,25 Sk / MB. The user orders the transmission speed according to own needs as the speed of DSL connection. FUP is not applied to this product. Product includes 3x email boxes.
ADSL Rainside DATA plus - allows access into the Internet on the base of ADSL. . The product contains 3 GB of prepaid data. The user pays only for the actual volume of data transmitted (both download and upload). When the volume is exceeded, price for over the limit data is 0,20 Sk / MB. The user orders the transmission speed according to own needs as the speed of DSL connection. FUP is not applied to this product. Product includes 3x email boxes.
ADSL Rainside FLAT - allows access to the Internet on the basis of ADSL, with a of 2048/256 Kbps (upload/download). The user pays only a fixed monthly flat fee, regardless of the volume of transmitted data. This product is suitable for users who want to have non-stop access to the Internet at a good price. FUP is applied to this product. Product includes 5x email boxes and 1x webhosting 50MB.
ADSL Rainside FLAT plus - allows access to the Internet on the basis of ADSL, with a speed of 3072/384 Kbps (upload/download). The user pays only a fixed monthly flat fee, regardless of the volume of transmitted data. This product is suitable for users who want to have non-stop access to the Internet at a good price. FUP is applied to this product. Product includes 5x email boxes and 1x webhosting 100MB.

FUP – for the products ADSL Rainside FLAT and FLAT plus, Fair Usage Policy (FUP) aggregation, policy of fairly shared zone within customers, is applicated. It customises capacity limits of ADSL Rainside Flat in order to enable more equal usage of accessible capacity of the provider`s net. Thus, the service quality of all the customers will be balanced avoiding better quality for one on an account of others. The FUP is not running during weekends and bank holidays. It is not possible to transfer leaving credit to the next day.
ADSL Rainside FLAT (speed 2048/256 Kbps) has a data credit of 1 GB* per working day**. When the credit is consumed, the tranfer speed goes down to 128/256 kbps.
ADSL Rainside FLAT plus (speed 3584/384 Kbps) has a data credit of 2 GB* per working day**. When the credit is consumed, the tranfer speed goes down to 256/384 kbps.
* The credit represents only data downloaded to the customer (download) and does not include outgoing data (upload)
** The working day is defined by 0:00 to 24:00
